To work out how much Bark Product you need for your application simply measure the length and width of the area you want to cover and complete the following math:
For circles and odd shaped areas divide the area into sections of rectangles and/or squares and work out how much bark is needed for each section then add them together to get total bark needed in cubic metres. See Sample Area's "B', "C" & "D" below:
Note: For Playbark Playground surfacing depth should be 0.290 Metres (290mm) for all areas with a Critical fall height of less than 3.2 Metres.

Length (in metres) x Width (in metres) x Depth of Bark (in metres)
= Cubic Metres of Bark needed.
Example: Sample Area "A" is Length 8 Metres x Width 8 metres x Depth 0.1 Metres (100mm) = 6.4 Cubic Metres of Bark needed.= Cubic Metres of Bark needed.
